MMOEXP- Diablo 4 is also getting a buff

Over the past month, players have tinkered around with game-breaking builds on multiple characters, while trying to get to level 100. The community also figured that the certain character builds will be nerfed simply because of how powerful they were. For instance, a Necromancer in Diablo 4 managed to one-shot Uber Lilith, who is supposed to be the strongest boss in the game. However, when the changes were actually revealed, the community expressed its disappointment with a majority of them, to the point where players are calling out Blizzard across social media platforms.

Diablo 4 Update Adds 6 New Unique WeaponsTo address the growing player concerns, Blizzard's global community development director Adam Fletcher tweeted that the developer will be hosting a Campfire Chat on July 21 to "talk more about it." Fletcher also mentioned that the team has been hearing feedback from the players regarding the Diablo 4 patch 1.1.0a, and more information regarding the developer talk will be revealed tomorrow.

Player complaints are quite common in the gaming industry, but Blizzard announcing a major developer talk just 24 hours after the launch of a big update proves that the player outrage is concerning. Fans believe that there are several changes made to Diablo 4 that weren't really necessary. One of them was the secretly added level requirements for progressing World Tiers in Diablo 4, which has made leveling up in the game even more difficult as XP gains from monsters have been reduced. Additionally, the community feels that the decision to nerf all character classes wasn't good as not all of them needed balancing.

On the contrary, monsters received a buff where their health will now scale by 100% per extra player as opposed to the previous 85% increase. The Butcher's Cleaver attack in Diablo 4 is also getting a buff where it will now slow players between 61-75%. Another reason players aren't happy is because the Aberrant Cinders drop rate is extremely low right now, and the cost of Mystery Chests in Diablo 4 has been increased from 175 to 250. Blizzard has addressed that the low-drop rate is a bug and will be fixed soon. Considering the community's current stance about the update, Friday's Campfire Chat will be crucial in changing player sentiments towards the game.
